(1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman of the Committee.
(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(3) In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall preside over the meeting and in the absence of both the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, a member chosen by the members from among themselves shall preside over the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting may cast the deciding vote.
(5) The decision made by the meeting of the committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
